Marco Deseriis

Marco Deseriis teaches digital media and political participation in the Political and Social Sciences Class of the. He is the author of two books: Net.Art: The art of connection (Shake Edizioni, 2008, co-authored with Giuseppe Marano) and Improper Names: Collective Pseudonyms from the Luddites to Anonymous (University of Minnesota Press, 2015). At the moment he is devoting himself to the comparative study of political values, or the different conceptions of democracy, incorporated into software for political participation such as Liquid Feedback, Loomio, Rousseau and Participa.
